Peanuts enter the pressing chamber from the hopper, and the pressing screw rotates to push the embryos inward for pressing. The oil press adopts the principle of multi-stage progressive pressurization to rapidly increase the pressure in the pressing chamber, so that the peanuts are fissioned and separated at one time. Then the infrared temperature control system is used to automatically control the pressing temperature and moisture, so that the oil material is directly softened and the oil molecules are activated. The pressing is stable and the oil is fully pressed at one time, which greatly improves the oil yield.
