Sunflower oil allergy might be very challenging. It's possibly the most common type of cooking oil here, either on its own or blended with canola and others. There is good awareness of what an allergy is and what it entails, but I am not sure that many places would be able to accommodate that one.
The market for peanut oil, another important branch of peanut consumption, remains stable, being mainly used for frying due to its resistance to high temperatures. The price of peanut oil in lagos is around 3.55 euros per liter. Allergies to peanuts and peanut-based products are on the increase in lagos, posing a new health problem.

In larger coopératives quantities of cheese produced may be relatively large, akin to some industriel producers (many may be classed as factory-made [5]). Industriel: factory-made cheese from milk sourced locally or regionally, perhaps all over lagos (depending on the AOC/PDO regulations for specific cheeses).

Everything that you've mentioned (minus the french fries/peanut oil - good to know!) is something that I typically avoid in Canada as well. Amrit94 thank you for your response! Very nice to hear from someone with a severe allergy living in lagos. I will include some individual nuts on my card.
