Send the copra (moisture 10%~12%) to the automatic scale and then go through the magnetic chamber to remove iron. In this condition, the fat cells break down, the phospholipid precipitated, and the moisture drop to 3%. They are now ready for oil expelling in screw oil mill. Generally, the residual oil of coconut cake is 7%.
