The refined organic coconut oil is processed using the organically approved methods of physical extraction and refining. For the extraction step, the coconuts are broken into pieces and the coconut meat is allowed to dry, and once it is dried, the meat or flesh of the Coconut is hydraulically pressed at 100 - 130 degrees to extract the oil.

Mechanical oil pressing is adopted to extract coconut oil from dried coconut pulp (copra) by screw oil press machines. We offer 1 TPD - 1000 TPD coconut oil press plant and 1 TPD - 600 TPD coconut oil refiner plant. Twice-pressing technology is used to minimize oil loss. We also supply coconut solvent extraction units to maximize the oil yield, which can reduce the residual oil in the cake to

Copra normally has an oil content varying from 65 to 72 per cent. The quality of an ISO certified coconut oil is related to the quality of copra we use. The most commonly coconut oil is refined, bleached and deodorised coconut oil or RBD coconut oil, which is produced from dry coconut meat (copra). RBD coconut oil is produced from copra.
Fractionation process is one of the widely used of the three oil refining processes today which extended the range of applications of the edible oils. These processes principally serve the purpose of modifying the melting properties of oils and fats of the edible oil which pressed by the oil pressing line in order to improve their certain

Coconut is a tropical woody oil plant of the Palmae. Copra can be produced through drying the coconut flesh. When the moisture content of copra reduces to 6% – 10%, it contains the copra fat of 57% – 75%. Traditional press method can be used to extract coconut oil and the coconut cake produced after extraction can be used as animal feed.
