The pretreated soybean flakes are sent to the soybean solvent extraction plant. The soybean oil extraction plant uses a kind of solvent (normal hexane) to absorb the oil from the soybean, and then the machines separate the solvent from soybean crude oil. The solvent can be recycled, and the soybean crude oil is refined by an oil refinery plant.

Soybean obtained after the preparatory process can be used as a raw material for Soybean Oil Extraction. The soybean contains 18 – 20 % oil content. After a single stage pressing, about 5 – 5.50% residual oil in the soybean meal which will be used in animal & poultry feed.
We have designed over 30 solvent extraction plants and veg oil refineries during the last 30 years. All these plants are known for their process efficiencies, product qualities, and consistent operation. During recent years, we have achieved remarkable success in producing light-coloured extracted oils from soybean and mustard which is

The collets discharged from expander are at 105°C with 12% to 13% moisture not compatible for solvent extraction process. These collets are dried and cooled with help of hot and cold air radiators make them suitable for extraction process of 55°C and below 10% Moisture.
1. Soybean solvent extraction part: using N-hexane to react with oil seeds or cake, in order to extract more oil out, after the soybean oil solvent extraction method, you will get two parts: first is the mixture of solvents and oil called miscella oil; then is the mixture of solvents and meal called wet meal. 2.

Solvent extraction process To remove any soybeans oil which remains during extrusion process highly volatile hydrocarbon is used. This solvent normally hexane absorbs any oil remaining in the seeds. Later the oil is acquired when the solvent evaporates due to its volatile nature. Refining the extracted oil
Soybean seeds contain 18% to 20% oil. Normally soya bean seeds are not subjected to mechanical pressing but the entire oil is extracted after preparation of the seeds in the solvent and Soybean Extraction Plant. Preparation of soya bean seeds includes seed cleaning, destoning, cracking, husk separation (if required), cooking, flaking, expanding and drying Oil extraction, isolation of oil from

The most commonly used solvent in this process is hexane, which has a high affinity for oils and fats, allowing for maximum oil extraction from the soybean meal. This method is preferred for large-scale operations because it extracts nearly all of the oil from the soybeans, leaving only around 1% to 2% oil content in the soybean meal, making it
Solvent extraction of soybean Basic principles and elements of solvent extraction Oil extraction is to extract the oil from the embryo by wetting and infiltration, molecular diffusion and convective diffusion with solvent which can dissolve the oil. The mixture of solvent and fat is then separated to recover the solvent to obtain the crude oil. It is also […]
